Metoxi or Agios Dimitrios is a village in the prefecture of Argolida in the municipality of Ermionida. It is located on the south coast of Argolida between Thermisia and Cape Skylaio. The settlement was recognized in 1920 and was initially annexed to the community of Ermioni. From 1955 he joined the newly formed community of Thermisia in which he remained until the implementation of the Kapodistrias plan, in 1998. Today it belongs administratively to the municipality of Ermionida. Ferries depart frequently from Metoxi to Hydra Island, which is 20 minutes away.
